Cancellation & refund policy

1. Reservation Requirement: All bookings made through https://www.ldrideservcie.com or by phone must be confirmed with valid payment information.
2. Customer Cancellations:
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (full charge applies)
- No-show: Full fare will be charged
For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after landing. Additional waiting time charges may apply.
3. Changes to Your Reservation: Changes such as pickup time, location, vehicle type, or number of passengers must be requested in advance and depend on availability. Price adjustments may apply.
4. Service Cancellation by L&D Ride Transportation: We may cancel or reschedule rides due to:
- Hazardous weather
- Vehicle issues
- Driver emergencies
- Safety risks
5. Refund Process: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Late Passenger Policy:
- A grace period of 15 minutes is provided.
- After 15 minutes, waiting fees apply.
- After 30+ minutes without communication, the ride may be considered a no-show.
Situations where cancellations or refunds are handled differently
1. Weather-Related Conditions:
If severe weather makes it unsafe for the driver to operate the vehicle (snowstorms, road closures, accidents, etc.), L&D Ride Transportation Service may:
- Reschedule your ride at no extra cost, or
- Provide a full refund regardless of the regular cancellation window.
2. Flight Delays or Cancellations (Airport Trips):
If your flight is delayed, we track the flight and adjust pickup time automatically at no charge (within reasonable limits).
If your flight is cancelled, and you notify us before the driver has already been dispatched, we will:
- Reschedule the ride for free or
- Issue a refund (minus any non-recoverable fees).
If the driver is already on the way when you inform us, standard cancellation fees may apply.
